Getting Our Blog On!

First it was facebook, now we're tackling a blog. This is new territory for a couple of folks who were born before the invention of the microwave and grew up playing pong. We just started learning how to use our TV remote and DVR then Al Gore came along and invented the internet...and now a whole new set of challenges lie before us! We can handle global warming, but the world wide web? This may be a bigger crisis! Mark and I have discovered that this is reason you have children; they help you figure out how to navigate around facebook and switch the input on your TV from the DVD mode to satellite. What will happen to us when they're all gone from the house? Mark and I will probably be at home sitting in the dark wondering, "Why don't they write?" Well, with Chey leaving for college in January and family all over the country, we figured this would be a great way to stay in touch with our transient circle of family and friends...and so we bravely thought we'd get our blog on!
